Biography
Cédric Le Nest is the Founder and Managing Partner of SBT Executive, an international Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm dedicated to the worlds of sport, entertainment and leisure.
With nearly 20 years of experience in executive search, talent strategy and leadership advisory, he has supported organisations ranging from international federations, professional clubs and rights holders to agencies, media groups, event organisers and investors.
Throughout his career, Cédric has advised CEOs, Boards and executive teams on critical leadership appointments, organisational transformation and succession challenges. His expertise combines executive search, leadership assessment and strategic advisory, with a particular focus on roles operating in complex, high-performance and highly visible environments.
Prior to founding SBT Executive, he built his experience across international recruitment and talent advisory firms, developing a track record in identifying and securing senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Today he leads the firm's Executive Search practice and oversees its international collective, ensuring every assignment draws on the most relevant combination of sector expertise, leadership insight and advisory capability.
