Biography
Pascal Ferré advises presidents, executives, shareholders and investors on reputation, influence and communication in elite sport. A trained journalist, communications executive and strategic advisor, he has built his approach around three disciplines: telling stories, building institutions and protecting reputations.
He began with Groupe L'Équipe, where he spent nearly thirty years, including several as Editor-in-Chief of France Football. During that period he worked alongside many of the game's most influential players, coaches, executives and governing bodies.
For six years he served as Co-Director of the Ballon d'Or, playing a central role in transforming it into a global event while preserving the principles that define its legitimacy: independence, transparency and editorial integrity. The role gave him unusual expertise in international relations, sports diplomacy and reputation management at the highest level.
In January 2023 he joined Paris Saint-Germain as Director of Communications. Over almost three years he contributed to one of the club's most significant transformation phases, leaving in December 2025 following the club's first UEFA Champions League title.
Pascal is typically engaged when the issue is not a lack of strategy but a lack of narrative control, message consistency or preparedness under media exposure.
